On October 10, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, Ambassador Burak Akçapar held in İstanbul a round of consultations with the Secretary-General of the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Rebeca Grynspan and the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator (OCHA) Martin Griffiths on Black Sea Initiative and global food security.
