The Vocational Open High School and Open High School operating under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Turkey serve with distance education techniques and methods for courses and credit education. Open High School courses in the semester and end of each period the central examinations performed, after these examinations between 35,000 to 40,000 students are completing the graduation requirements of the Open High School and entitled to diplomas. In order to give diploma number to students graduated, the information which is the basis of diploma printing should be complete and accurate. "School Leaving Certificate” is given to the students who need to receive graduation certificate urgently, because to gather all the information which is the basis of diploma printing takes a certain time.

All the School Leaving Certificates will be treated as diploma until the original diploma has been released.
